I give recommendations to change your eating patterns and changing old habits to help you feel, look and function better by gaining energy, endurance, confidence and losing weight to promote your overall health. I’m often asked “How many calories do you need?” “How hard should you exercise?” “How long should you work out?” I will give you the answers, so you can train smarter and maximize your exercise results. I have motivation & accountability proven techniques in special training to promote a new way to live by: Individual Fitness Assessments, Strength/Muscular Development, Sports Training (Specific), Stress/Weight Management, Goal Oriented Fitness Plan, Group/Tandem Training, Circuit Training, Mobile/In home Training, Training for all age Groups and Dietary Training.
